Writing about a Rite, Right?

English is full of sound alike spellings. A rite is a kind of ceremony, such as the ones we find in churches or temples. Make sure you spell rite in the right, however.

Of course, we know that it is very hard to learn to write properly. If we write a play, we find that there is a fourth way to spell the word, wright, as found in the word playwright, a person who writes plays!

Complicated? Yes! And remember that all the four spellings will pass your spellchecking test.
