Classes will meet on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9 to 11:30 a.m; English 12 is offered in both terms, September and February.
NOTE: These classes will not be continuous entry. No students will be admitted after the end of the second week of classes. Adults may choose to write a provincial exam; if so, class marks count for 60% of the final mark.
This course is designed to prepare you for university or college level writing, reading and oral requirements. A student blog is administered by the teacher. Participation will help students to obtain a higher level of proficiency in English.

Students who wish to take English 12 must have completed English 11 or its equivalent in a secondary school or have an equivalent ability in English. An assessment test must be completed by students who have not taken a local English credit at the appropriate level within the past five years. If test results indicate weakness in any area, students will be offered upgrading to help them to meet course requirements.
