Staying healthy doesn’t end with Heart Month! March is Nutrition Month. Learn more about nutrition and healthy living.

The B.C. Dairy Foundation provides interactive brochures that help assess what you eat throughout the day and plan dietary changes as needed. This information can help you eat better foods so that you can stay healthy.

Osteoporosis, when your bones get thin, often comes to mind when discussing milk. Milk has calcium which helps make bones strong. Not enough calcium in your diet will lead to osteoporosis. Learn more about osteoporosis and try the osteoporosis quiz.

Find information about dieticians, Nutrition Month, and related topics. Dieticians are people who can help you plan how to eat the right foods in the right amounts for your body. You can take a test to see if you have a healthy body. You can get help planning meals. You can even test your knowledge of nutrition by taking the Nutrition Challenge!
