Monday, October 11, is Thanksgiving Day in Canada – the official day to reflect, celebrate, and give thanks for our bountiful harvest.    Traditionally, the second Monday of October is also the time to stuff ourselves with turkey, mash and pumpkin pie. In the U.S., Thanksgiving is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November; so, don’t be too surprised to see reporting and advertising on American TV channels about Thanksgiving late next month.
