Family Studies 12
by Renuka

Have you ever thought about what your family’s personality is? Is it the same as your individual personality? What are the stages that a family goes through? What are some of the challenges of being a foster parent? What kind of home is best for your family type? What are the advantages and disadvantages of using different types of building materials when constructing a home? These are some of the types of questions we discuss and find answers to in Family Studies 12 class.

Family Studies 12 counts as a Grade 12 credit course towards your Adult Graduation diploma. It is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 to 6:30 pm. If this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can also take it as a self paced course.

Please see a teacher in the lab if you are interested in Family Studies 12.
