Staying Healthy

 It is that time of year again when we have to think about staying healthy as everyone is sneezing all around us. We all know that we need to have a healthy diet, exercise, drink water, and sleep. From Science class you may have learned about the 6 types of nutrients. These include proteins, minerals, vitamins, fibre, carbohydrates, and water. These nutrients help make a healthy diet.

Eating a healthy diet is not always easy with our busy lives. The website  offers information sheets that can help in making small but important changes so that you eat healthier. I like that you can choose what change you want to make from the list they provide.

Staying healthy at this time of year is very important as we are coping with our busy lives as well as changes in the weather.
