A Trio of Web Sites
Trudi's
Weekly Feature
1.
Eduweb.
Educational Web Adventures has interactive activities in the
general areas of: Art and Art History, Science and Nature, and
History and Geography. These are fun, yet are geared towards
younger people. Some of the activities are rated according to
grade levels 2-12 and adult.
2.
Atlas of the Human Body
The American Medical Association has great illustrations in
their "Atlas of the Human Body". It would be a helpful reference
for students in Biology 12. If students choose the Main Page
option, they can find a variety of information on health topics.
3.
Free Stuff for
Canadian Teachers.
This is a great site for teachers who want to get free lesson
plans, samples, and resources. Some of the material is only
appropriate for children, but there are some good worksheets
available for all levels (K-university) when you go through the
site choices.
